Expert starts selling videoconferencing solutions – in collaboration with Videra

Videra will now strengthen its offering in Sweden by working with Expert. Thanks to the new co-operation, Expert will offer videoconferencing solutions to its corporate customers for the first time.

Videra is the leading supplier of visual-communication services in the Nordic countries and has been present in the Swedish market since 2005. Last year it won several major contracts, including one with the power company Vattenfall which will be worth at least SEK 30 million over a three-year period. Through the present contract, which gives Expert sole distributorship in Sweden, Videra will increase its sales to small and medium-sized companies. Videra specialises in supplying videoconferencing as a service to the private and public sectors.

The service makes it easy to link up geographically dispersed business operations by means of videoconferencing and to set up remote links, both within a corporate organisation and with the outside world. It includes all of the technology needed at the customer’s site, including customer service and support, as well as user training which is adapted to suit each customer’s needs. Expert will supplement its range of corporate products with Videra’s Virtual Office, which combines high-performance telepresence solutions, data-communication links and customer-friendly user services.
