Quality certificates guarantee quality

Videra received the esteemed ISO 9001 and ISO 14002 certifications by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance on 21 February 2010. These certificates indicate that Videra meets the internationally recognised quality standards that both certificates set for management, product development and environmental issues. Videra has received the certificates for all its operations in Finland, Sweden and Norway.

The quality standards are based on audited information on the company's operations in the long term. Collection of information and regular monitoring guarantee the efficiency of the company's operations and the meeting of quality requirements now and in the future.

Responsible management

The ISO 9001 certificate received by Videra indicates the company's responsible approach to employees, customers and product development.

One of the conditions for the certificate is responsible management, to which Videra's management is fully committed. Responsible management is implemented at all operational levels of the company. With regard to customers, Videra's responsibility is seen as the transparency of information concerning products and services. Customers must have a channel through which they can give feedback and receive information on the company.
