Videra's support services

Videra provides a support service that is open 24/7, so help is always available in problem situations related to video conferencing equipment or connections. The aim is to solve problems as fast as possible - usually during the same call.

Any problems or disturbances related to video conferences are observed thanks to either a report made by the system or a report made to the support service. Disturbance reports are received through Videra's support phone service regardless of the time of day and the aim is to fix the disturbance as soon as possible. By means of the remote diagnostics included in the management service, it is often possible to solve problem situations even before the user even notices that a problem exists.
